PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Facilities are available for all major credit cards, and credit card payments may be made over the telephone. To secure your booking a deposit is required and the balance to be paid in full on or before your arrival. If a booking is cancelled, no refund of deposit shall be made unless advice is given 21 days prior to the booked arrival date. Please note a $50.00 administration fee will apply for any cancellations, and a minimum booking period of three nights may apply.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Apartments and Cabins are available for occupation from 2pm, and checkout time is strictly 10am. Please see office staff if other arrangements need to be made.
Sorry, pets are not permitted on the premises, and all cabins and apartments are Non-Smoking.
